ကြ်န္ေတာ္ဒီေန႕ ဂ်ာနယ္တစ္ေစာင္ဖတ္မိပါတယ္။ အဲ့ဒီအထဲမွာ အံ့ၾသဖြယ္ရာေၾကာ္ျငာတစ္ခု ဖတ္ခဲ့မိပါတယ္။ အျခားမဟုတ္ပါဘူး။ ဘြဲ႕ရျပီးသား ၊ဒီပလိုမာရျပီးေက်ာင္းသားေတြကို စင္ကာပူမွ Certificate အဆင့္သာေပးေသာေက်ာင္းကိုတက္ရန္ေၾကာ္ျငာေနျခင္းျဖစ္ပါသည္။
စင္ကာပူမွ ITE ဆိုတာ Polytechnic အဆင့္မမွီသူေတြ GCE ေအာင္ေက်ာင္းသားမ်ားကိုု လက္ခံေသာေက်ာင္းျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
ဒါေပမယ့္ သူတို႕ေၾကာ္ျငာမွာေတာ့ အေျခခံအထက္တန္းအဆင့္တင္မဟုတ္ပဲ ဘြဲ႕ရ၊ ဒီပလိုမာရ ေက်ာင္းသားမ်ားအတြက္ပါေရးထားတာေတြ႕လိုက္ရိပါတယ္။ ေၾသာ္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံပညာေရး က အဲ့ဒီေလာက္နိမ့္က်ေနျပီလားလို႕စဥ္းစားရင္းစိတ္မေကာင္းျဖစ္မိ ပါတယ္။

ကၽြန္ေတာ့္ အျမင္ကေတာ့ ေရႊဒဂၤါး ကုမၸဏီက သူတို ့ ပိုက္ဆံရရင္ၿပီးေရာ သတင္း အခ်က္အလက္ မရလို ့ မ်က္စိပိတ္၊ နားပိတ္ျဖစ္ေနတဲ့ သူေတြကို လုပ္စားေနတာဗ်။
တခ်ိန္တုန္းကလည္း (ခုထက္ထိပါပဲ) ဗမာျပည္က အမွတ္အေကာင္းဆံုးနဲ ့ ေအာင္တဲ့ ေက်ာင္းသား ေတာ္ေတာ္မ်ားမ်ားဟာ သူတို ့အရည္အခ်င္းနဲ ့ မထိုက္တန္တဲ့ Poly Schools ေတြရဲ့ ဆြယ္ရာကို ပါသြားၾကပါတယ္။ တကယ့္ကို စိတ္မေကာင္းစရာပါပဲ။ အဲ့ဒီတုန္းက Poly Schools ေတြမွာ ျမန္မာေက်ာင္းသားေတြ အရမ္းထူးခၽြန္တဲ့ သတင္းၾကားရရင္ ရင္နာတယ္။ ဘာလို ့လဲ ဆိုေတာ့ အဲ့ဒီေက်ာင္းသာေတြဟာ Universities ေတြ တက္ၿပီး ဒီထက္အဆင့္ျမင့္တဲ့ ပညာေတြ သင္ၾကားေနရမွာဗ်။
Poly ၿပီးလို Degree တစ္ခုရဖို ့ ရုန္းကန္ႀကိဳးစားေနၾကရတဲ့ ကၽြန္ေတာ္ သူငယ္ခ်င္းေတြေတြ ့ရင္ တကယ္စိတ္မေကာင္းဘူး။ မိဘေတြကလည္း အသံုးမက်ဘူး။ ႏိုင္ငံျခားမွာ ေက်ာင္းသြား တက္ရမယ္၊ ၿပီးရင္ အလုပ္ရႏိုင္တယ္ ဆိုတာေလာက္ပဲ နားလည္တာ။ အမ်ားစုက မိဘေတြကလႊတ္လို ့ Poly သြားတက္ေနရတာဗ်။
Engineering ဆို ျမန္မာျပည္က ဘြဲ ့ရၿပီး ေတာ္တယ္ဆို ဒီက NUS , NTU မွာ Master လာတက္လို ့ရတယ္။ Computer မွာလည္း ျမန္မာျပည္က ဘြဲ ့ေတြနဲ ့ ေတာ္ရင္ ဒီမွာ Master တက္လို ့ရတာပဲ။ There are a lot of cheaper and shorter ways to get a degree

I think it is quite outrageous and irressponsible advertisement.
I think an average graduate from a Singapore university is priobably better qualified than an average graduate from Burma. Moreover I dont mind a Bachelor degree holder from social science such as history or Burmese may go to ITE to get real world employable skills, I dont think a graduate holding a Bachelor in Technology should or would go to an ITE unless he is exploited by irressponsible business men or by lure of overseas working opportunities.
To whom should we blame?
Junta? Journal? Shwe Dingar?
Where are the responsibilities of Junta's ministry of education?
Where are the ethics of Journal?
Where are the standards of Shwe Dingar?
Nothing, nothing and nothing.
First of all, we have to blame our own lack of knowledge and exposure. It is sad to see young talented Burmese with college calibre crowding at non-degree conferring tertiary educational institutes; some lack of information, financial resources or job opportunitites.
Secondly, it is Ministry of Information is to blame as they are busy censoring petty things like bullshit stuff trying to choke off opposition while ignoring educating public and youth.
Thirdly, it is buy out journalists and business people as those suckers will sell their own mothers if someone pay them enough.
